Job summary

ICANN is seeking a Workplace Technology Specialist II to own advanced workplace technology support, including endpoint management, conference room technologies, collaboration platforms, and executive support across ICANN offices and events.

This senior role mentors staff and partners with Security, Infrastructure, Product Management, and Enterprise Applications teams to improve the workforce technology experience and drive deployment of new solutions while maintaining security and operational

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Serve as escalation point for complex workplace technology incidents.
Troubleshoot advanced endpoint, collaboration, application, and connectivity issues.
Lead resolution of high-impact technical incidents and coordinate across technical teams and vendors as required.
Provide support for executive leadership, Board members, and other high-profile users.
Deliver both remote and on-site support across ICANN offices and events.
Manage conference room, audio-visual, and meeting technologies.
Participate in workplace technology pilots, deployments, and rollout initiatives.
Mentor Workplace Technology Specialist I staff.
Promote security compliance and standards.
Travel as required to support ICANN meetings.
