Eagle Chemicals is seeking an Export Sales Manager (UPR Resins) based in Turkey to lead regional sales, build a strong pipeline, and grow business with laminators, fabricators, and key distributors. You will coordinate with technical teams for product trials and address resin compatibility in gelcoat, initiators, and accelerators, while representing the company at major international events.

• 5+ years in selling UPR/VE resins or related composites.
• Strong, active connections with laminators and composite fabricators in MENA, Europe, and CIS.
• Solid understanding of resin parameters (viscosity, Tg/HDT, chemical resistance).
• Fluent Turkish and English; Arabic and/or Russian are advantages.
• Based near Istanbul, Kocaeli, or Tekirdağ with a valid passport.
• Proven success leading distributor networks to exceed targets.

Responsabilidades

• Own regional sales pipeline and drive growth with composite converters, laminators, GRP fabricators, and manufacturers.
• Prospect, qualify, and convert new customers; expand existing accounts via distributor partnerships.
• Lead all commercial aspects: forecasting, pricing, INCOTERMS, and payment terms.
• Coordinate with Technical Service to support product trials and address resin compatibility.
• Represent Eagle Chemicals at major international exhibitions (Plast Eurasia, JEC World).
