Job summary

Nagase Europa GmbH in Istanbul, Türkiye, seeks a Junior Sales Manager for Chemical Raw Materials to grow Türkiye and international markets. You will manage accounts, build relationships, and coordinate orders and documentation, with a focus on monomers, pigments, solvents, resins, and additives.

The candidate should have 5+ years in chemical raw materials sales, fluency in Turkish and English, and willingness to travel internationally. Hybrid work model offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or Business Administration.
• At least 5 years of direct sales experience in chemical raw materials (mandatory).
• Fluency in Turkish and English (written and spoken).
• Proven experience in B2B sales, customer development, and new business acquisition.
• Knowledge of chemical raw materials: monomers, pigments, solvents, resins, additives.

Responsibilities

• Manage existing customer accounts and acquire new customers.
• Develop sales of chemical raw materials (monomers, pigments, solvents, resins, hardeners, additives).
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in Türkiye and international markets, including Africa.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, and Nagase Group companies.
• Coordinate quotations, orders, deliveries, and import/export documentation.
• Negotiate commercial terms and offers per Incoterms rules.
• Collaborate with international suppliers and customers on new product development and market opportunities.
