Welldone Chemical is seeking a Sales Manager – Coating, Painting & Construction Chemicals to lead and grow our sales operations in Turkey. This remote, full-time contract role requires deep expertise in HEC, MHEC, HPMC, and RDP products and a proven track record in client relationship management.

The ideal candidate will have a chemistry/engineering/business background, 5+ years of relevant sales experience, and demonstrated success in managing key accounts and distributors within the Turkish

• 5+ years of sales experience in coating, painting, and construction chemicals.
• Proven success in managing key accounts and distributors in Turkey.
• In-depth knowledge of cellulose ethers (HEC, MHEC, HPMC) and RDP products.

Position Overview

We are seeking a Sales Manager – Coating, Painting & Construction Chemicals to oversee and expand sales operations in Turkey. This is a remote, full-time contract role. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in the sale and application of HEC, MHEC, HPMC, and RDP products, with a strong track record in client relationship management and market development within the region.

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales of coating, painting, and construction chemicals.
• Proven success in managing key accounts and distributors, particularly within the Turkish market.
• In-depth knowledge of cellulose ethers (HEC, MHEC, HPMC) and RDP products.
• Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and business development skills.
