Job summary

Interplast Kimya is seeking an experienced Export Sales Executive to drive growth in the global chemical raw materials market. The role focuses on defining export strategies, expanding international accounts, and leading negotiations with strategic clients.

You will collaborate with R&D, logistics, and finance teams, leverage Salesforce for pipeline management, and represent the company at international trade events to build a robust export footprint.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
• 5–8 years of export sales experience in chemical raw materials.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM.
• Strong English communication skills; additional language a plus.
• Proven track record in building international client portfolios and entering new markets.

Responsibilities

• Formulate export sales strategies to capture market share in international regions.
• Build and nurture relationships with industrial clients, distributors, and global accounts.
• Lead contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and commercial agreements.
• Manage customer data, leads, and pipelines using Salesforce.
• Monitor global market dynamics and raw material pricing trends to identify opportunities.
• Coordinate with R&D, Technical, and Supply Chain teams to tailor solutions.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and pipeline updates to management.
