Job summary

Armacell is seeking an experienced Export Sales Manager to drive growth across international markets from Turkey. You will lead export sales strategies, manage budgets, and expand the distributor network to achieve sustainable, profitable growth.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the annual export sales budget and targets.
• Develop new international markets and expand the customer and distributor network.
• Manage and develop existing international customers and distributors for sustainable growth.
• Identify new business opportunities and build a strong customer and distributor network.
• Define and implement export sales strategies and strategic objectives.
• Prepare the annual international travel plan and manage the related budget approval.
• Visit existing and potential customers and distributors to build long-term relationships.
• Monitor overseas customer and distributor accounts, including credit limits, outstanding balances and commercial risks.
• Ensure timely collection of receivables and follow up on overdue payments.
• Manage the sales pipeline aligned to annual targets and ensure coverage.
• Record customer visits, opportunities and activities in SFDC (Salesforce).
• Follow orders and deliveries and coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution.
• Prepare and follow up on commercial quotations and negotiate terms within guidelines.
• Monitor international market trends, competitors, pricing and payment-term developments and provide feedback.
• Prepare weekly activity plans and share updates with Sales Manager and senior management.
• Work with Sales Support, Customer Service, Logistics, Finance, Marketing and Technical teams to ensure satisfaction.
