Vodafone is seeking a bold commercial leader to take Device Services beyond a product and make it a seamless part of the FLEX world and customer experience. You will own the end-to-end journey, translate market insights into growth strategies, and partner with multiple teams to drive revenue and customer value.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, forecasting, and a test-and-learn mindset to continuously improve results and CX.

Qualifications

Proven track record in driving product growth, sales and GTM strategies.
Strong customer experience mindset and design focus.
Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders and delivering growth.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end device services journey from vision to commercial strategy and adoption.
Translate customer needs and market insights into scalable growth plans.
Build and optimize sales funnel and channel playbook to drive attachment and revenue.
Lead commercial propositions and align with stakeholders to deliver measurable results.
Create data-driven forecasts, dashboards and growth action plans (sales, ARPU, churn).
Foster test-and-learn culture to improve CX and commercial outcomes.
Partner with Finance, Data, CX, Tech, Legal, Marketing, Channels and Vendors.
