Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end journey of device services from vision to adoption.
• Translate customer needs and market insights into growth strategies.
• Build and optimize the sales funnel and channel playbook to drive revenue.
• Lead commercial propositions and align with stakeholders for measurable results.
• Create data-driven forecasts and dashboards (sales, revenue, ARPU).
• Champion test-and-learn culture to improve customer experience and outcomes.
• Partner with cross-functional teams (Finance, Data, CX, Tech, Legal, Marketing, Channels, Vendors).
• Prepare monthly forecasts and propose relevant actions.
