Job summary

ING Hubs Türkiye is hiring for an analytics role focused on dialogue systems and Conversational AI. You will analyze structured and unstructured conversation data to improve intent recognition and customer journeys, collaborating with product owners, data scientists, and engineers in a globally distributed organization.

The role offers a hybrid work model with two days per week in the Vadistanbul office and remote weeks; August flexibility is available for remote work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level or higher in a quantitative field (Math, Engineering, Economics, MIS, Statistics)
• 4–6 years of analytics/reporting/data analysis experience
• Strong SQL skills
• Experience with Python and analytics tools (Looker, Cognos)
• Experience with conversational AI, chatbots, or virtual assistants
• Understanding of data quality, reporting, and performance analytics
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management, fluent English and Turkish
• Experience with Google Dialogflow or GenAI-enabled customer interactions is a plus

Responsibilities

• Analyze conversational data to identify patterns and improve intent recognition
• Measure and optimize virtual assistant performance and customer journeys
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Data Scientists, Engineers, and business stakeholders
• Drive data storytelling and stakeholder communication
• Support data quality and reporting initiatives for AI/analytics products
• Prioritize analytical opportunities with cross-functional teams
