Design how humans and AI agents work together. We're building a new generation of onboarding and financial crime workflows powered by AI agents. These systems don't simply automate tasks. They gather evidence, analyse information, coordinate activities across systems, and support specialists in making critical decisions. The challenge isn't in making existing workflows slightly better. It is designing systems where people and AI collaborate effectively in environments that require trust, accountability, and sound judgement. We're looking for an Senior Agentic Service Designer to help define these experiences.
This role is part of the new AI Design team, a group of Service Designers, UX Designers and Researchers, shaping data analytics products. We work in product teams with engineers, data scientists, PMs and with close involvement of users and business stakeholders to enable both experimentation and delivery.
