• Shape how users interact with and oversee AI agents across onboarding and Client Due Diligence journeys.
• Collaborate with a Service Designer and UX Researcher to design future human-AI workflows.
• Translate complex operational and regulatory workflows into intuitive experiences.
• Design review, escalation and intervention experiences.
• Build and validate prototypes exploring new forms of human-AI collaboration.
• Contribute to reusable Agentic UX principles and standards.
