Job summary
ING Hubs Türkiye is seeking a data analytics professional to analyze large datasets and deliver insights across Wholesale Banking. You will build dashboards, identify trends, and translate business needs into analytical solutions while collaborating with data engineers and scientists in a hybrid Istanbul-area setup.
The role emphasizes delivering scalable analytics, mentoring junior analysts, and supporting AI-driven initiatives.
Qualifications
- 4–6 years of experience in data analytics, reporting, statistics, or related field.
- Strong SQL skills and hands-on Python (PySpark) experience.
- Experience with BI platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, Cognos, or Superset.
- Advanced English proficiency and ability to communicate with stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets using SQL, Python, and PySpark.
- Develop dashboards and reports with Power BI, Cognos, or similar tools.
- Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities to improve operations.
- Translate business requirements into analytical solutions and recommendations.
- Collaborate with Data Engineers and Data Scientists to deliver analytics products.
- Mentor junior analysts and share knowledge within the team.
- Support ML and AI initiatives with analytical insights.
