Job summary

ING Hubs Türkiye is seeking an analytics professional to transform business questions into scalable data products. You’ll work with Product Managers, Data Engineers, and Data Scientists to drive decisions across Wholesale Banking, leveraging SQL, Python, and PySpark in a hybrid setup.

You will develop BI dashboards (Power BI, Tableau, Cognos), identify patterns, and communicate insights to stakeholders. Advanced English is required; the role offers international exposure and growth opportunities

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience in data analytics, reporting, statistics, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Analyze large and complex datasets using SQL, Python, and PySpark.
• Develop reporting solutions, dashboards, and visualizations using Power BI, Cognos, or similar BI platforms.
• Identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and improvement opportunities across Wholesale Banking processes.
• Translate business requirements into analytical solutions and actionable recommendations.
• Work with Data Engineers and Data Scientists to deliver scalable analytics products.
• Support data quality initiatives, profiling activities, and analytics best practices.
• Communicate analytical findings through presentations, dashboards, reports, and stakeholder discussions.
• Mentor junior analysts and contribute to knowledge sharing within the analytics community.
• Support teams working on predictive analytics, ML, and AI-enabled solutions.
