Job summary

Crs Soft in Turkey is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to drive needs assessment, analysis, verification, testing, and consultancy activities within software development projects. You will support the product development process by documenting requirements, shaping test scenarios, and aligning stakeholders with project goals.

The role emphasizes end-to-end process management, cross-team collaboration, and translating insights into actionable plans, while leveraging Agile practices and BI tools

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of software project experience
• Knowledge of software development processes and project management methodologies
• Familiarity with UML process design and testing methods
• Experience with Azure DevOps and Microsoft tools
• Strong data querying and reporting capabilities
• Experience in Agile environments and cross-functional collaboration

Job Description

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be fulfilling the needs assessment, analysis, verification, testing tasks in software development, training and consultancy services by adhering to the plan, supporting the product development process.

Responsibilities

• Determining the requirements of the project(s) and carrying out the necessary documentation studies in this direction,
• Establishing the necessary steps for the test processes in the project(s) (preparing the scenarios, determining the methods), realization and preparation of the reports,
• Properly guiding and mentoring of the team throughout the entire analysis and testing processes of the project,
• Meeting with the project stakeholders in line with the objectives and following the development process,
• Identifying the errors in the project(s), putting forward suggestions for improvement and planning the realization activities,
• Ensuring the management in accordance with the targets and company culture by constantly observing the communication, motivation and internal dynamics of the team,
• Translate insights into clear, actionable plans through decision-making and prioritization,
• Facilitate cross-team collaboration and align expectations throughout the project,
• Support reporting, competitive analysis, and storytelling efforts to guide strategic decisions.

Experience & Skills:

• BS or MS degree in Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent experience,
• 2-4 years experience in software projects,
• Knowledge about software development process and project management methodologies,
• Preferably, experience with process design with UML,
• Preferably, experience with Microsoft Visio, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office programs,
• Preferably, knowledge about software testing process and methods,
• Preferably, knowledge about using Azure DevOps,
• Preferably, knowledge about User Acceptance, Regression and Performance testing,
• Preferably, knowledge about Microsoft Technologies,
• Proficient in querying data, preparing reports, and using business intelligence tools,
• Ability to identify gaps and root causes, and prioritize actions accordingly,
• Comfortable with stakeholder and cross-functional communication,
• Skilled in presentation, negotiation, and facilitation,
• Experience in carrying out the analysis process with the team and document new customer requests for product approval
• Experience of providing the solutions to meet customer’s needs
• Understanding of Agile practices, project planning, and domain-specific compliance needs,
• Innovative point of view and passionate in learning new things and developing self,
• Good analytical skills and being eager to develop and take on responsibility,
• Managing the processes end-to-end,
• Fluency in English.
