Job summary

Crs Soft is seeking a Process Quality Specialist to improve Integrated Management System processes and align them with international standards. You will support audits, document management, and continuous improvement across the organization.

The role requires a background in industrial/business engineering or related fields, with strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office. 1–3 years' experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Preferably 1–3 years of professional experience.
• Familiarity with process modeling and documentation activities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Interest in ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ISO 22301, and ISO 20000-1 management systems; relevant training or certifications are considered an asset
• Support the execution of Integrated Management System activities in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ISO 22301, and ISO 20000-1 standards
• Support internal and external audit processes
• Contribute to the preparation, maintenance, and monitoring of management system documentation
• Contribute to process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives
• Support awareness and training activities related to management systems
• Contribute to the modeling, review, and continuous improvement of corporate processes

Job Description

We are looking for a Process Quality Specialist who is passionate about improving the way organizations work. In this role, you will contribute to the development and continuous improvement of our Integrated Management System, support audit and compliance activities, and help transform business processes into clear, efficient, and sustainable ways of working in line with international standards.

Experience & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Engineering, Management Information Systems, or a related field
• Preferably 1–3 years of professional experience
• Familiarity with process modeling and documentation activities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Disciplined, able to track work regularly and use time efficiently
• Strong communication and coordination skills
