Şölen is seeking an Assistant Brand Manager in FMCG with 2-3 years of experience and a university degree in Engineering, Business Administration or Economics. Strong English and Excel/PowerPoint skills are required.

Qualifications

• University graduate from top universities in Engineering, Business Administration or Economics.
• 2-3 years of experience as Assistant Brand Manager in FMCG.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Strong consumer, customer and market understanding and insights to develop creative solutions.
• Good team player with strong motivation and organizational skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
• No travelling unrelated to military service.

Responsabilités

• Assist Category Marketing Manager to develop marketing strategy based upon company business goals.
• Coordinate & implement product management projects with internal and external resources to achieve results (production planning, trade promotion, sales, market research and advertising agencies).
• Conduct P&L analysis and develop pricing strategies.
• Monitor brand performance; analyze and interpret competition data, category trends and recommend action plans.
• Coordinate all brand marketing activities with other departments and third parties.
• Control marketing & promotional expenditure within agreed budgets.
