Job summary

Utopia Design is seeking a Senior Architectural BIM Coordinator to own model quality and cross‑discipline coordination on luxury hospitality and residential projects. You will bridge architecture, structural, and MEP teams to catch conflicts early, enforce BIM standards, and keep projects on schedule and buildable.

The role requires 5–10 years in architectural design, advanced Revit/AutoCAD/Navisworks skills, and a strong portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or equivalent.
• 5–10 years of architectural design experience, including low-rise residential/hospitality projects.
• Advanced skills in Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
• Deep expertise in BIM coordination and ISO 19650 frameworks.
• Portfolio demonstrating high-end architectural/technical work.

Responsibilities

• Develop, review, and maintain high-quality Revit models across architectural projects.
• Implement and enforce BEPs aligned with ISO 19650.
• Lead multidisciplinary coordination and clash detection using Navisworks Manage.
• Manage project data within the Common Data Environment (Autodesk Construction Cloud).
• Conduct QA/QC reviews to ensure models are accurate and coordinated.
• Oversee creation of Revit families and maintain templates and libraries.
• Train team members on BIM workflows and standards.
• Translate design intent into coordinated, construction-ready BIM deliverables.
