Utopia Design is seeking a skilled Landscape Architect to join our design team, focusing on boutique hospitality assets. You will work under the Landscape Lead and collaborate with the full design team including architects, CGI artists, and engineers to deliver sophisticated landscape solutions across varied climates.

You should have 5–10 years of experience in high-end residential and hospitality settings, strong Revit/AutoCAD/SketchUp skills, and full professional English proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture is required.
• Proven track record with 5–10 years of international project experience.
• Portfolio demonstrating landscape design and detailing.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with high-end hospitality and residential projects and versatile climate design.

Responsibilities

• Deliver landscape design for high-end hospitality, residential, and mixed-use projects.
• Support concept development with the Landscape Lead, translating concepts into buildable, climate-responsive solutions.
• Develop layouts integrating hardscape, softscape, and outdoor functions; produce planting plans and specifications.
• Design hardscape systems and planting details; coordinate with architects, engineers, and CGI teams.
• Advance projects from concept through construction, providing site responses and design updates.
