Job summary

izURET seeks an engineer/BIM modeler to lead HVAC and plumbing modeling in both AutoCAD and Revit, aligning with client direction and project leadership. You will perform essential calculations, prepare basic reports, and ensure QAQC compliance across diverse project types globally.

The role requires 3+ years in AEC, strong Revit/AutoCAD/Plant3D skills, and English proficiency to communicate with US clients. Opportunities to advance into coordination roles are available.

Qualifications

• University degree in Engineering.
• 3+ years AEC industry experience.
• Strong Autodesk Revit/AutoCAD/Plant3D experience.
• Strong MS Office experience.
• Experience in analysis and design calculations for HVAC and plumbing is preferable.
• Project leadership experience is preferable.
• Fluent in English at C1 level and able to communicate with USA clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead mechanical HVAC and plumbing modeling and drawing development in AutoCAD and/or Revit as directed by client and Engineering Team Leader/Coordinator.
• Perform basic HVAC and plumbing calculations per US code guidance from supervisors.
• Apply QAQC controls and standards.
• Prepare basic reports, specifications, and simple system designs.
• Research code compliance requirements for project locations and advise on adherence.
• Manage time and deliverables within budget and schedule.
• Manage all assigned projects according to their Project Brief scope.
