Job summary

Utopia Design seeks an experienced AV & BMS Design Engineer to advance design development for luxury villa and boutique hotel projects worldwide. You will deliver innovative engineering solutions while preserving high-end aesthetics and performance.

Qualifications

Degree in Electrical or Building Engineering with AV & BMS concentration.
4–10 years of design consultancy or contracting experience in hospitality projects.
Proficiency in KNX and English, with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

Design AV & BMS systems for luxury villas and boutique hotels, aligning with codes and client requirements.
Collaborate with architects, interior designers, and engineers to integrate systems.
Coordinate with architectural/structural models and research efficient methods.
Resolve design phase issues promptly and produce detailed drawings and specifications.
Lead drafting and documentation using CAD with BIM support; review third-party deliverables.
