Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced VDC Manager to lead BIM and digital construction workflows for high-rise and modular projects. This role requires deep expertise in VDC strategy, BIM management, and multidisciplinary coordination. The position is primarily remote, with occasional on-site meetings in NY/NJ considered a plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement VDC workflows for high-rise and modular construction projects
• Oversee BIM coordination, clash detection, and issue resolution
• Manage digital model integration using Revit, Navisworks, ACC, and Procore
• Collaborate with clients, consultants, and internal project teams
• Prepare professional presentations and manage project documentation
• Lead virtual coordination meetings, with occasional in-person participation

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in VDC / BIM management
• Strong proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, ACC, Procore, AutoCAD, and BIM 360
• Proven experience with high-rise buildings, modular construction, and MEP coordination
• Excellent project management, leadership, and communication skills
• Ability to work remotely; NY/NJ site availability is a plus
• Professional-level English proficiency (spoken and written)
