Job summary

Utopia Design is seeking a technically strong architect for our boutique hospitality projects. You will translate design intent into precise, buildable documentation across RIBA stages 3-5, coordinating with structural, MEP, and interiors teams using BIM, Navisworks, and Revit.

The role emphasizes late-stage design focus with ongoing feasibility input. Strong English, portfolio, and global project experience are essential for success in a fully remote, internationally collaborating team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture.
• 5 to 10 years of experience in architectural design.
• Experience on low-rise residential and hospitality projects.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD and Navisworks.
• Professional level of English, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Deliver technical design for high-end hospitality projects, ensuring buildability and coordination.
• Develop and manage coordinated Revit models and construction documentation.
• Coordinate architecture with structural, MEP, and interiors using BIM / Navisworks.
• Resolve multidisciplinary clashes and propose practical technical solutions.
• Prepare tender and construction-stage documentation aligned with codes and specifications.
• Maintain quality control of models and drawings; flag risks early.
• Support façade and system detailing based on construction logic.
• Collaborate with procurement on technical specifications and materials.
