Job summary

Confidential is seeking an Architect to lead design, development, and delivery of construction projects across the MENA region. You will drive design through construction documentation, coordinate with engineers, contractors, and clients, and ensure quality and regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Architecture with 5+ years of experience in architecture, construction, or hospitality development, with strong AutoCAD and Revit skills and excellent English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture is required.
• 5+ years in architectural design, development, and on-site execution.
• Experience in architecture, construction, hospitality development, or project management is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead design from concept through construction documentation and project completion.
• Prepare, review, and coordinate architectural drawings, specs, details, and material selections.
• Coordinate with structural, civil, mechanical, electrical, and other disciplines for integrated delivery.
• Review design packages, submittals, shop drawings, and samples for compliance with specs.
• Conduct design reviews, site visits, and inspections to identify and resolve issues.
• Monitor contractors and suppliers to ensure work aligns with drawings and schedules.
• Collaborate with project managers, consultants, and contractors to address technical risks.
• Support handover, snagging, and close-out documentation.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, project specs, and industry standards.
