Job summary

Utopia Design is seeking a technically strong and detail‑oriented architect to collaborate with our design team within the real estate development business, focusing on boutique hospitality assets. You will translate the design intent into fully coordinated, precise, and buildable documentation across design stages, with emphasis on technical development from RIBA 3 through construction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture is required.
• 5 to 10 years of architectural design experience.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD and Navisworks.

Responsibilities

• Deliver technical design for high-end hospitality projects with focus on buildability.
• Develop and manage coordinated Revit models and construction documentation.
• Coordinate architecture with structural, MEP, and interiors using BIM/Navisworks.
• Resolve multidisciplinary clashes and propose practical technical solutions.
• Prepare tender and construction-stage documentation aligned with codes and specs.
• Maintain quality control of models and drawings and flag risks early.
• Support façade and system detailing based on construction logic.
• Collaborate with procurement on technical specifications and materials.
• Support BIM modelers and contribute to internal technical standards and workflows.
