Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
• Minimum 5 years of BIM coordination and architectural project delivery.
• Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit and Navisworks.
• Strong understanding of BIM workflows, model coordination, and information management principles.
• Experience on multidisciplinary building and infrastructure projects.
• Advanced English communication skills (written and spoken).
• Ability to participate in international projects and client-facing discussions in English.
• Familiarity with ISO 19650 standards and Common Data Environment (CDE) platforms is desirable.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate BIM workflows across architectural, structural, MEP, and infrastructure disciplines.
• Develop, maintain, and manage project BIM models.
• Support BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and CDE workflows.
• Conduct model reviews and clash detection; coordinate design conflicts.
• Prepare and review BIM deliverables and coordination documentation.
• Collaborate with project managers, design teams, consultants, and stakeholders.
• Manage model federation and data exchange between software platforms.
• Provide BIM guidance and technical support to project teams.
• Assist in developing BIM standards, templates, libraries, and workflows.
• Support project visualization and digital delivery initiatives.
• Contribute to architectural design, detailing, and production of drawings when needed.
