Job summary

AppNation is seeking a Senior ASO & ASA Manager to scale mobile experiences and maximize organic visibility across its app portfolio on App Store and Google Play.

You will partner with Marketing, Product, Creative, and Data teams to optimize metadata, run A/B tests, and manage ASA campaigns for high-ROI growth. The role demands hands-on experience with ASO tools and a data-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in mobile ASO/ASA
• Experience managing end-to-end ASO for App Store & Google Play
• Proficiency with ASO tools (AppTweak, MobileAction) and analytics
• Strong collaboration across Marketing, Product, Data teams

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ASO strategies for all apps in the portfolio and execute initiatives.
• Conduct keyword research and keep metadata (title, subtitle, descriptions) optimized.
• Perform quarterly store-page audits and identify improvements.
• Design Product Pages and run A/B tests based on hypotheses.
• Set up ASA campaigns, manage budgets and bid optimization.
• Coordinate ASA spend with Meta, Google Ads, and TikTok with Marketing.
• Monitor trends, competitor moves, and implement timely actions across portfolio.
• Analyze ROAS, LTV, retention, CTR, CVR, and subscriptions; share insights with cross-functional teams.
