Job summary

Mode.Inc is seeking a performance-driven User Acquisition Manager to drive UA for our utility app suite. You will own paid campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and more, collaborating with the UA & Growth Director to optimize spend and KPI performance.

In this remote, global role, you will shape ASO strategies, test creative concepts, and identify new growth channels to accelerate monetization across seven- and subscription-based models.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or equivalent.
• 1–4 years buying mobile app ads with seven‑figure monthly budgets.
• Strong ASO expertise and competitive listing optimization.
• Proven ability to scale UA in mobile-first environments.
• Strong analytical skills; proficient in Excel/Sheets and analytics tools.
• AI-native mindset; able to build AI-driven reporting workflows.
• Experience with MMPs and performance attribution.
• Self-starter with excellent communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimize UA campaigns across core paid channels for the utility app suite.
• Partner with the UA lead to manage day-to-day execution and KPI performance.
• Own ASO strategy: keyword planning, store listing optimization, competitive positioning.
• Collaborate with creative teams to test ad concepts and formats.
• Analyze campaign performance and share insights with the growth team.
• Identify and test new growth channels and strategies for IAA and subscriptions.
