Job summary

Siliconroad Semiconductor is seeking an experienced analog layout designer in Turkey to drive tape-out execution for high-performance ICs. You’ll design analog IP layouts (Bandgap, ADC/DAC, LNA, PLL, DCDC, LDO) and collaborate with circuit designers across the full development flow from initial design to final tape-out.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of analog layout design experience; top-level layout a plus.
• Familiar with RF process and ultra-high-speed layouts; BCD knowledge a plus.
• Proficient with Linux and layout tools such as Virtuoso, PVS, and Calibre.
• Strong communication, responsibility, and English skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead tape-out execution and layout design of analog IP blocks across the full flow.
• Ensure high-performance signal layout and coordinate with circuit designers to meet requirements.
