Job summary

Analog Devices in Turkey seeks a Senior RF Front-End Application Engineer to lead advanced RF front-end R&D and integration efforts for next‑generation wireless systems. You will drive architectural innovations, perform system-level modeling, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver robust, compliant designs.

The role requires deep RF expertise, hands-on PCB layout, and a strong track record with LTE/5G/Wi‑Fi/Bluetooth.

Qualifications

Master's or PhD in Electrical Engineering, RF/Microwave, or related field.
8+ years in RF front-end design and R&D.
Strong expertise in RF component design (PA, LNA, filters, switches) and system-level integration.
Proficiency with electromagnetic simulation tools and RF measurement techniques.
Hands-on PCB layout for high-frequency circuits.
Solid understanding of wireless standards (LTE, 5G NR, Wi‑Fi, Bluetooth).

Responsibilities

Research & Development: drive RF front-end architectures and prototype new concepts.
Design & Simulation: model at system and circuit levels using ADS/HFSS/CST/MATLAB; optimize matching, linearity, noise and efficiency.
Validation & Testing: develop test plans and use VNAs, spectrum analyzers, signal generators for validation.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: work with silicon, packaging, and manufacturing teams; contribute to IP and roadmaps.
