Job summary

Siliconroad Semiconductor is seeking an experienced analog layout designer in Turkey to drive tape-out execution for high-performance ICs. You’ll design analog IP layouts (Bandgap, ADC/DAC, LNA, PLL, DCDC, LDO) and collaborate with circuit designers across the full development flow from initial design to final tape-out.

Siliconroad Semiconductor is a well-funded, fast-moving startup founded in July 2022. We specialize in ASIC development for global markets, with a focus on high-performance analog and mixed-analog chip design. Our products are used in a variety of applications, including automotive and industrial lidar, optical communication, and RF/MMIC. Our team is led by experienced founders and composed of talented engineers from around the world, with R&D centers in China, Turkey, and Germany.

What You'll Do (Responsibilities)

• Be responsible for project tape-out execution and layout design of analog IP circuits and be proficient in the full development flow of various analog module layouts from initial design to final tape-out. Analog modules include but are not limited to Bandgap, ADC/DAC, LNA, PLL, DCDC, LDO, etc.
• Familiar with high-performance, high-speed signal layout design. Able to communicate thoroughly with circuit design engineers, fully understand the layout requirements defined by circuit design, and ensure optimized circuit performance.

What You'll Bring (Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Electronic Engineering or related disciplines.
• 3+ years of working experience in analog layout design; experience in top-level layout design is preferred. Experience with multiple process technologies and full project tape-out cycles is a plus.
• Familiarity with RF process and experience in ultra-high-speed chip layout projects is preferred; familiarity with BCD process is an advantage.
• Familiar with Linux system and layout design & verification tools such as Virtuoso, PVS, and Calibre.
• Solid fundamental knowledge of semiconductor theory and understanding of common circuit topologies; practical experience and insight into layout floor planning, parasitic optimization, and noise interference control.
• Master analog layout matching rules, understand the root causes and countermeasures of latch-up, and master noise suppression methods for signal routing. Relevant working experience in ESD, I/O, and packaging is preferred.
• Good communication and learning abilities, proactive, and with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Basic written English communication skills; fluent oral English is preferred.
