Qualifications

• Master’s or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in embedded systems engineering with RF focus.
• Strong proficiency in C/C++ and embedded software for real-time systems.
• Experience with microcontrollers, DSPs, FPGAs, and SoCs used in RF applications.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement embedded architectures for RF front‑end and transceiver platforms.
• Develop firmware and drivers for RF control, calibration, and signal processing.
• Integrate RF hardware (PAs, LNAs, filters, tuners, switches, transceivers) with embedded software.
• Explore adaptive RF control methods (beamforming, dynamic tuning, coexistence) and prototype RF calibration algorithms.
• Collaborate with silicon and RF design teams to optimize hardware/software interfaces.
• Create automated test frameworks and perform system-level debugging and optimization for real-time RF performance.
• Ensure compliance with wireless standards (LTE, 5G NR, Wi‑Fi, Bluetooth) and regulatory requirements.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor junior engineers.
• Contribute to technical documentation, IP development, and knowledge sharing.
