Job summary

Analog Devices in Turkey is seeking a Senior Embedded Systems Engineer specializing in RF systems to lead the design, development, and optimization of advanced embedded platforms for next-generation wireless technologies.

You will define architectures, develop firmware and drivers, and collaborate with RF design teams to ensure real-time performance and regulatory compliance across LTE, 5G NR, Wi‑Fi, and Bluetooth. A strong research mindset and mentoring skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Ph.D. in Electrical/Computer Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years in embedded systems engineering with RF focus.
• Strong proficiency in C/C++ and real-time embedded software development.
• Experience with microcontrollers, DSPs, FPGAs, and SoCs used in RF applications.
• Familiarity with lab equipment for system validation.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement embedded system architectures for RF front-end and transceiver platforms.
• Develop firmware and low‑level drivers for RF control, calibration, and signal processing.
• Integrate RF hardware with embedded software systems.
• Prototype and validate algorithms for RF calibration, power management, and signal integrity.
• Collaborate with silicon and RF design teams to co‑optimize hardware/software interfaces.
• Validation & optimization: build automated test frameworks and debug in real time.
• Ensure compliance with LTE, 5G NR, Wi‑Fi, Bluetooth standards and regulatory requirements.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor junior engineers.
• Contribute to technical documentation and IP development.
