Job summary

EnerSys is seeking a proactive Sales Support Executive to coordinate end-to-end pre-sales and post-sales administrative processes in Istanbul. The role covers order registration through invoicing, including import documents and customs formalities, ensuring smooth order processing and strong customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Intermediate English and fluent Turkish are required.

• Willingness to improve Power BI and data analytics knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Manage the sales administration process with the SSC.
• Support deliveries and import formalities.

• Create internal sales reports using reporting tools; interpret stock flow.
• Responsible for direct purchasing; act as purchase executive when needed.

Job Purpose

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Support Executive to join our team in Istanbul. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating the end-to-end pre-sales and after-sales administrative processes, from order registration through to invoicing, including import documentation and customs formalities.

The role ensures smooth order processing, accurate documentation, and efficient coordination between customers, sales teams, logistics partners, and internal departments to support seamless sales operations and high levels of customer satisfaction.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• To manage the sales administration process with the SSC

Requirements
