About the job Operations and Administration Support

Our client isaleading creator of high technology solutions for the heavy and mass timber, energy efficient, net zero and other better building practice sectors.

They are seeking to hire an "Operations and Administration Support" in their office at Gebze, Istanbul.

WHAT WILL YOU BUILD YOUR SUCCESS ON:

• Supporting orders and shipments, invoices, payments and reimbursements.
• Performing administrative functions and collaborating with external consultants and HQ.
• Developing and maintaining efficient administrative systems and processes.
• Liaise with courier companies, custom brokers, clients and other suppliers.
• Perform logistics operations, manage and optimize stock allocation according to companyguidelines.

THE FUNDAMENT OF YOUR CAREER:

• Good knowledge of ERP and information systems.
• Knowledge in logistics and warehousing processes.
• Excellent verbal and written English abilities.
