Job summary

EnerSys is seeking a proactive Sales Support Executive to coordinate end-to-end pre-sales and post-sales administrative processes in Istanbul. The role covers order registration through invoicing, including import documents and customs formalities, ensuring smooth order processing and strong customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Intermediate English and fluent Turkish are required.
• Computer literacy and a good level of MS Office are essential.
• SAP MM and SD modules knowledge is a must.
• Salesforce knowledge is preferable.
• Willingness to improve Power BI and data analytics knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Manage the sales administration process with the SSC.
• Support deliveries and import formalities.
• Coordinate invoicing with and without e-invoicing platforms.
• Create internal sales reports using reporting tools; interpret stock flow.
• Responsible for direct purchasing; act as purchase executive when needed.
• Expertise in warehouse management and customs agency management.
• Support local accounting partner firm as required.
