EnerSys is seeking a proactive Sales Support Executive in Istanbul to manage end-to-end pre-sales and post-sales administrative processes, from order registration to invoicing, including import documentation and customs formalities.

The role ensures smooth order processing and strong coordination between customers, sales teams, logistics partners, and internal departments to support efficient sales operations and high customer satisfaction.

Competenze

• Intermediate+ English and fluent Turkish required.
• Strong computer literacy and MS Office proficiency.
• Experience with SAP MM/SD modules; Salesforce knowledge preferred.

Mansioni

• Manage end-to-end sales administration with SSC.
• Support deliveries and import formalities.

Job Purpose

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Support Executive to join our team in Istanbul. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating the end-to-end pre-sales and after-sales administrative processes, from order registration through to invoicing, including import documentation and customs formalities.

The role ensures smooth order processing, accurate documentation, and efficient coordination between customers, sales teams, logistics partners, and internal departments to support seamless sales operations and high levels of customer satisfaction.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• To manage the sales administration process with the SSC
• To support the deliveries and import formalities
• To coordinate invoicing with/out e-invoicing platforms
• Create internal sales report via reporting tools
• Be able to interpret stock flow
• Responsible for direct purchasing, act as a purchase executive when necessary
• Be able to expertise in warehouse management and customs agency management
• Be able to take necessary supportive tasks with local accounting partner firm

Requirements

• Intermediate + English, Fluent Turkish
• Computer literacy, good level MS Office is essential
• SAP MM and SD modules knowledge will be a must
• Preferably Salesforce knowledge
• Willing to improve him/herself in Power BI and data analytics knowledge
• Self-motivated and able to prioritize workload
• Good communication skills and able to deal with people at all levels within the Company
• Able to solve problems and act quickly, work under pressure
• Ability to be part of a solutions orientated team and have the desire to ensure your work meets the business requirements
