Job summary

SAMSON Türkiye is seeking a Sales Support Engineer to join our Sales & Marketing team, supporting technical sales operations and coordinating quotations and orders.

You will work closely with our sales, production, and international teams to ensure efficient processes and high customer satisfaction. Recent graduates are welcome to apply, and a shuttle service is provided for Hadımköy facility access.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related engineering discipline.
• Recent graduates welcome; background in technical sales is a plus.

We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Sales Support Engineer to join our Sales & Marketing team and support our technical sales operations.

About the Role

As an Sales Support Engineer, you will play a key role in managing customer inquiries, preparing technical and commercial quotations, coordinating orders, and supporting communication between customers, distributors, and internal departments.

You will work closely with our sales, production, and international teams to ensure efficient sales processes and high customer satisfaction.

What You Will Do

• Quotation & Order Management: Respond to customer and distributor quotation requests, process incoming orders, and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure effective follow-up.
• Delivery Coordination: Collaborate with assembly and production teams to provide accurate and realistic delivery timelines based on available capacity.
• Customer Relationship Management: Maintain professional and responsive communication with all customers, ensuring consistent service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Technical Sales Support: Provide customers with relevant technical product information and assist in addressing their inquiries.
• Regional Sales Coordination: Evaluate inquiries from customers and direct them to the appropriate regional sales teams.
• International Sales Operations: Process, document, and track international orders, and coordinate overseas quotation requests from regional sales and project teams.

What We Are Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in a related engineering discipline.
• Recent graduates are welcome to apply; previous experience in technical sales, sales support, or order management is an advantage.
• Strong command of English, both written and spoken, for international communication and business correspondence.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
