SAMSON Türkiye is seeking an experienced Field Sales Engineer to join our Sales & Marketing team and support growth across Istanbul. You will manage customer relationships, identify new business opportunities, and drive technical sales with a strong emphasis on field visits.

This customer-focused role requires engineering knowledge, commercial awareness, and the ability to coordinate with project teams, distributors, and service staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of technical or industrial sales experience.
• Strong command of English, written and spoken.
• Experience using CRM software for sales tracking.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Valid Class B driver's license with driving experience.

Responsabilités

• Manage and execute sales, marketing, and project-related activities across Marmara region.
• Visit customers and distributors; build and maintain strong relationships.
• Provide technical product information and guidance to customers.
• Coordinate with Project Manager on major customer projects.
• Coordinate orders with central sales and follow up.
• Support service requests and coordinate with Service Manager.
• Keep CRM up-to-date and prepare monthly regional sales reports.
