Job summary

Karadeniz Holding, headquartered in Istanbul, is seeking a Payroll and Personnel Administration Assistant Manager, Local, to manage payroll operations, personnel administration, and compliance across related companies.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years' experience, strong English skills, and familiarity with SAP HR/SuccessFactors, with a focus on accurate data handling, reporting, and collaboration within a dynamic HR team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant area, preferably with quantitative/engineering background.
• Minimum 5 years in personnel administration, payroll operations, attendance management, and payroll accrual in holding/multi-company structures.
• Strong command of written and spoken English; proficient in MS Office and ERP payroll modules.

Responsibilities

• Oversee personnel administration, payroll, and legal processes for employees in related companies in line with local laws.
• Prepare and follow up on related correspondences.
• Maintain personnel files accurately and ensure proper system entries.
