Job summary

Karadeniz Holding in Istanbul HQ is seeking a Payroll and Personnel Administration Specialist, Local, to lead expatriate payroll and personnel processes with local providers in compliance with country regulations.

You will manage end-to-end payroll, document control, benefits, onboarding/offboarding, and support digitalization efforts through SAP HR and SuccessFactors, spanning international assignments and multi-company structures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from relevant departments, preferably with quantitative or engineering background.
• Minimum 4–5 years in personnel administration and payroll operations within holding/multi-company structures.
• Experience in expat payroll operations and international payroll practices.
• Good command of written and spoken English; strong reporting and data analysis skills.
• Hands-on experience in SAP HR and SuccessFactors payroll processes; involvement in digital transformation and RPA.

Responsibilities

• Oversee payroll and personnel administration for expatriate employees across local and international entities.
• End-to-end management of payroll and employee benefits processes.
• Prepare and follow up on correspondences with official institutions and stakeholders.
• Maintain personnel files and manage onboarding/offboarding processes.
• Contribute to compensation, fringe benefits, and social benefits processes; support digitalization projects.
