Job summary

Kolay İK, a leading Turkish HR SaaS startup, seeks an experienced payroll & HR compliance professional. You will handle monthly payroll accruals, salary calculations, and severance processing while ensuring legal compliance and smooth onboarding/offboarding with government institutions.

The role requires 2–4 years of consulting or payroll experience, strong Labor Law knowledge, and a proactive, analytical mindset. Kolay offers a collaborative culture and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in consulting or payroll-related roles.
• Strong command of Labor Law No. 4857 and Social Insurance and General Health Insurance Law No. 5510.
• Experience with payroll calculations, employer costs, and accrual processes.

Responsibilities

• Perform monthly payroll accrual calculations for client companies under consultancy responsibility; ensure accuracy and legal compliance.
• Calculate salaries, premiums, and other fringe benefits, and execute payments.
• Carry out severance calculations and ensure full processing.
• Manage onboarding/offboarding procedures and official correspondence with government institutions.
• Prepare accounting reports and review SGK incentives.
• Prepare Withholding and Premium Service Declarations and manage approvals.
• Complete workplace accident reports and related regulatory submissions (İŞKUR, e-Vizite).

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Labor Economics and Industrial Relations, Human Resources Management, or Industrial Engineering,
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in consulting,
• Strong command of Labor Law No. 4857 and Social Insurance and General Health Insurance Law No. 5510,
• Experienced in payroll calculations, employer costs, and accrual processes,
• Experienced in the review and approval processes of the Withholding and Premium Service Declaration (Muhtasar ve Prim Hizmet Beyannamesi),
• Experienced in handling procedures with official/government institutions,
• Able to perform calculations related to severance, mediation, and reinstatement processes,
• Regularly follows newly published legislative updates,
• Analytical thinker with strong follow-up skills,
• Team player with a solution-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Performing monthly payroll accrual calculations for client companies under consultancy responsibility in a complete, accurate, and legally compliant manner,
• Calculating salaries, premiums, and other fringe benefits, and executing payments,
• Carrying out severance calculations and ensuring they are processed in full,
• Managing and completing employee onboarding (hiring) and offboarding (termination) procedures, severance calculations, and official correspondence with government institutions when required,
• Preparing accounting reports,
• Reviewing SGK (Social Security Institution) incentives and processing them appropriately,
• Preparing Withholding and Premium Service Declarations and managing the approval processes,
• Completing workplace accident reports, e-Vizite (electronic medical leave) approvals, and other İŞKUR (Turkish Employment Agency) reports.
