Job summary

Küçükoğlu Holding is seeking a Finance Specialist to join our team in Turkey. You will monitor cash flow, prepare forecasts, and coordinate banking transactions within SAP S/4HANA FI and TRM modules.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field, strong Excel skills, and experience in financial reporting, KPI monitoring, and banking/commercial processes. Fluent in English and detail-oriented, you will collaborate across departments to drive efficient financial operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Econometrics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in financial reporting and cash flow management.
• Knowledge and experience in SAP S/4HANA FI and preferably SAP TRM modules.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and MS Office applications.
• Experience in financial KPI monitoring, analysis, and performance reporting.
• Ability to monitor national and international financial markets and conduct analyses.
• Experience in payment and collection processes.
• Knowledge of banking transactions and credit processes.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills.
• Strong planning and organizational skills, attention to detail, and a results‑oriented approach.
• Effective communication skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and report daily, weekly, and monthly cash flow activities.
• Prepare short‑term and long‑term cash flow forecasts, analyze actual results against forecasts, and identify potential risks and deviations.
• Coordinate banking transactions and manage relationships with banks and financial institutions.
• Monitor payment and collection processes and take preventive actions to minimize delays.
• Perform customer and supplier account reconciliations and ensure the accuracy of related records.
• Monitor loan principal and interest payments and execute related transactions.
• Enter financial data and monitor relevant processes in SAP S/4HANA FI and TRM modules.
• Monitor, analyze, and regularly report financial KPIs and performance indicators.
• Coordinate with the Finance Department and other business units to ensure efficient financial operations.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives and develop recommendations to enhance operational efficiency.
