Küçükoğlu Holding is seeking an Indirect Purchasing Specialist to manage end-to-end procurement for services, facilities, catering, and general expenses. The role requires 3+ years in indirect purchasing within manufacturing or multinational settings and strong RFQ, supplier management, and SAP S/4HANA MM experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Indirect Purchasing in manufacturing or multinational organization.
• Experience in service purchasing and indirect purchasing categories (catering, employee transportation, cleaning, security, maintenance, consultancy, facility services, general expenses).
• Strong knowledge of RFQ processes, supplier evaluation, commercial analysis, negotiations, and contract management.
• Experience in catalog purchasing, framework agreements, long-term contracts, and recurring service agreements.
• Strong supplier management including selection, performance monitoring, relationships, and alternative supplier development.
• Hands-on SAP S/4HANA MM experience (purchase requisitions, purchase orders, service entries).
• Strong cost analysis and ability to identify cost-saving and process improvement opportunities.
• Strong communication, negotiation, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English with international suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Results-oriented, proactive, collaborative, and commercially minded approach.

Responsabilités

• Manage end-to-end Indirect Procurement activities in line with procurement strategies, policies, and procedures.
• Oversee indirect procurement categories including services, facility management, catering, employee transportation, cleaning, security, maintenance, consultancy, and general expenses.
• Analyze internal requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies with stakeholders.
• Lead RFQ/RFP processes: supplier research, quotation collection, commercial evaluation, bid comparison, negotiation, and supplier selection.
• Conduct commercial and cost analyses to identify cost-saving and value creation opportunities.
• Lead supplier negotiations covering pricing, payment terms, service scope, SLAs, contract duration, and other commercial conditions.
• Prepare, negotiate, and manage framework agreements, catalog contracts, and long-term service agreements including renewals.
• Manage the supplier portfolio and identify alternative suppliers and market opportunities.
• Monitor supplier performance on cost, quality, service level, responsiveness, and contractual compliance; coordinate corrective actions.
• Manage purchase requisitions, purchase orders, service entries, and related procurement transactions through SAP S/4HANA MM.
• Prepare procurement reports, analyze spend data and key procurement KPIs, and provide insights to support management decision-making.
• Identify and implement cost reduction, process improvement, and efficiency initiatives within assigned procurement categories.

General Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Indirect Purchasing, preferably within a manufacturing or multinational organization.
• Proven experience in service purchasing and indirect purchasing categories, including catering, employee transportation, cleaning, security, maintenance services, consultancy, facility services, and other general expenses.
• Strong knowledge and hands‑on experience in RFQ processes, supplier evaluation, commercial analysis, negotiations, and contract management.
• Experience in managing catalog purchasing, framework agreements, long‑term contracts, and recurring service agreements.
• Strong supplier management skills, including supplier selection, performance monitoring, relationship management, and alternative supplier development.
• Hands‑on experience with SAP S/4HANA, particularly the MM module, including purchase requisitions, purchase orders, service entries, and related purchasing transactions.
• Strong understanding of cost analysis and the ability to identify and implement cost‑saving and process improvement opportunities.
• Strong communication, negotiation, analytical, problem‑solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English, with the ability to communicate effectively with international suppliers and internal stakeholders.
