Job summary

UNTHA Türkiye is seeking a Sales Engineer to drive technical sales for industrial shredding machines in Türkiye. You will manage customer relationships, identify new opportunities, and coordinate projects with our Austrian headquarters.

The role requires a mechanical/tech background, 2–3 years in similar sales, and fluent English. Travel across Türkiye and collaboration with internal teams are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level technical degree required or closely related field.
• 2–3 years in industrial machinery, plant engineering, or technical equipment sales preferred.
• Proficient in English; German is a plus; able to communicate with Austrian HQ.

Responsibilities

• Manage technical sales activities for UNTHA machines in Türkiye.
• Develop and nurture existing customers, and win new business opportunities.
• Analyze customer needs and propose suitable machinery and technical solutions.
• Conduct site visits, presentations, and project discussions across Türkiye.
• Prepare quotations and lead sales negotiations.
• Coordinate sales projects from initial contact to order, in collaboration with internal teams.
