Job summary

Pepperl+Fuchs is seeking a Sales Engineer in Izmir to develop and grow sales with machinery manufacturers, OEMs, and system integrators. You will identify opportunities, understand customer applications, and propose suitable Pepperl+Fuchs product solutions.

Build lasting relationships with customers and partners while collaborating with channel networks. You will visit clients, prepare quotations, and maintain CRM records, ensuring accurate project tracking and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronics engineering.
• Good command of English (written and spoken).
• Preferably 1+ years of sales experience.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and sales skills.
• Customer-oriented, proactive and solution-focused.
• Willingness to travel regularly within the region.
• Completed military service or exempt for male candidates.

Responsibilities

• Visit machinery customers, OEMs, system integrators, and end customers on a regular basis to develop and follow up projects.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop existing customer accounts.
• Understand customer applications and technical requirements and provide suitable product and solution recommendations.
• Develop strong product knowledge and provide preliminary technical support to customers.
• Prepare and follow up quotations, projects, and sales opportunities.
• Maintain accurate customer, project, and opportunity information in CRM systems.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and business partners.
• Monitor market developments, competitor activities, and customer requirements and share market intelligence.
• Work closely with internal departments and overseas offices to support customer projects and business opportunities.
• Participate in customer visits, seminars, exhibitions, and other sales and marketing activities.
• Conduct regular reporting and present project status, sales activities, and market developments to management.
• Travel regularly within the assigned region.
