Job summary

Uplift People Consulting is recruiting on behalf of a leading international supplier to the foundry industry for a Technical Sales Representative / Engineer based in Türkiye. You will introduce technical products, drive sales and tailor proposals for customers across domestic and international markets.

The role requires a metallurgy/engineering degree, 2+ years foundry experience, and proven communication skills. Travel domestically and internationally is expected; Bursa or İzmir preferred.

Qualifications

• University degree in Metallurgical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or Metallurgical and Materials Engineering.
• At least two years of professional experience in foundry processes.
• Previous experience in technical sales is preferred.
• Sufficient proficiency in English to communicate effectively within an international organization.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales activities in line with the company’s policies and commercial objectives.
• Plan, coordinate and conduct technical product trials at customer sites.
• Convert successful product trials into sustainable commercial business.
• Manage and develop relationships with existing customers to increase sales.
