• Prepare business plans, identify target customers, and tailor commercial proposals aligned with company objectives.
• Conduct regular customer visits, assess needs, provide solution-oriented support, and manage relationships and key accounts.
• Manage pricing processes, negotiations, contracts, and commercial agreements while ensuring policy compliance.
• Coordinate internal processes, including legal matters, reporting, CRM updates, and communication with head office.
• Monitor customer performance, profitability, and business growth; support annual marketing activities.
