The successful candidate will need a high school or Bachelor’s degree, experience in customer relations, and be registered with İŞKUR with a disability degree. Formación

• Registered with the Turkish Employment Agency (İŞKUR) with a disability degree of 40% or above.
• Experience in call center or customer relations.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsabilidades

• Provide solutions and responses to customer requests.
• Accurately document processes through Salesforce CRM.
