Blesyum in Istanbul is seeking a Setup and Customer Success Specialist to guide new clients from day one through their first month. You’ll handle module setup, data migration, and integration configuration on office-based operations.

You’ll train client teams, ensure accurate monthly books, and translate field requests into actionable tasks for the product team, emphasizing clear written communication.

Qualifications

• Field experience in ERP, accounting, or e-commerce operations.
• Comfortable working with Excel and data; able to identify why a spreadsheet isn’t adding up.
• Patient and strong in written communication.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new clients: module setup, data migration, and integration setup.
• Train teams and help close out the first month’s books.
• Relay requests from the field to the product team with context and rationale.
