TikTak is seeking a Revenue Growth Management Manager to lead pricing across rentals, packages, and vehicle classes in a fast-moving marketplace. You will develop revenue strategies, set discount rules, and drive data-driven decisions that align with growth goals.

You will partner with Growth, Marketing, Product, Finance, and Operations to optimize fleet pricing and promotional campaigns while monitoring performance metrics and market trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Statistics or related field.
• 7–10 years of pricing, revenue management, product management, or analytics experience.
• Strong data-driven decision-making mindset.
• Experience with A/B testing, elasticity and cohort analysis, and performance monitoring.
• Solid understanding of financial metrics: revenue, margin, volumes, mix.
• Advanced Excel; SQL; Python or similar data tooling.

Responsibilities

• Own pricing architecture across rental durations, packages, and vehicle classes.
• Develop and refine pricing and revenue strategies balancing demand, competition, and margins.
• Set discount and promotion framework to grow revenue.
• Build pricing cases for new products and services from market research to recommended price point.
• Conduct market research and competitive analyses to guide pricing moves.
• Lead pricing and revenue projects end-to-end and drive repeatable processes.
• Measure impact of pricing decisions and report revenue, margin, and KPI trends to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Growth, Marcom, Product, Finance, and Operations to align pricing and campaigns.
